adult bibs?  At a craft show last year a customer commented on the baby bibs I had for sale and said that if I made adult bibs she would buy one….and so it began… The adult bibs have been a very popular item this year, 29 have sold so far.  I get a kick out of the comments I get at craft shows when people first see the sign - Adult Bibs “I know someone who could use one of those!”  But they were popular there,too.  Many people get them for their parents.  When I told my mom I was making them last year, she had me bring her some when I went to visit them in January.  I’ve also had a special order from someone working with special needs adults. I decided to sell some of my husband’s (“M”) homemade kolatchkies and they sold like the proverbial hotcakes the first day.</p> <p>The show was held in a middle school and I had the same space as before, right inside of the side doors in the cafeteria. It was a good crowd and enjoyed catching up with some of the familiar faces of the neighboring crafters seen last year at the same show.</p> <p>Next weekend is a big craft show in Valparaiso, IN at the Porter County Expo Center. The dates for the <a href="http://holidazecraftshow.vpweb.com/default.html">Holidaze Arts And Craft Show</a> are November 21-22 and will be open 10 am - 5 pm the first day and only until 4 pm the next.</p> <p>I’m going to work on a few custom orders some of the visitors to my booth requested when I didn’t have exactly what they wanted. It’s hard to tell just how many of my creations are finding new homes when there’s always something new to take up the empty space!
